Rapid List (“Rapid List”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about data we may collect. The App has not been developed for the purpose of collecting and/or selling personal data. This Privacy & Service Policy describes our practices concerning any data or personal information collected through the App.

Information and Data Stored by the App
All data that you enter into the app is stored locally on your device(s). If you store data on Apple’s iCloud for back-up or syncing, your data will also be stored on Apple’s servers. We never have access to your data. You, and anyone else who can unlock your device, will have full access to your data.
Information and Data We Collect
- Personal Information
No personal information is collected or transmitted to the developer or anyone else. - Analytic Data
Analytic data about the app and the use of the app may be collected. - Log data
The app may log data about it’s operation and state to your device. This information can help track down software defects and other problems.
Your device also maintains crash logs which contain no personal information. - Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob to present you with advertising in exchange for the free use of the App. Google may use the advertising identifier and any information Google has about you to provide personalised advertising in the banner on our App. We do not provide any personal information or data to Google. The App does not request or store your location, however, location information may be obtained by Google through your device’s location services, or your IP address to provide you with location based advertising in the advertising banner on the App.
Information for European Union Users
By using the App, you authorise us to collect, use, and store your personal information and data outside of the European Union.
International Transfers of Information
Any personal information or data we receive may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We never collect or maintain information from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of the App is structured to attract anyone under 13.
Use of Information ad Data
Any information we receive is used only to improve the app. This information can help track down software defects and other problems. We do not share or otherwise attempt to monetise analytic or log data except to improve the app, and as specified above, we never have access to the list data on your device.
We can only access log data if you send it to us, typically as part of beta testing or if you contact us with a problem.
Crash logs can help track down problems that are causing the app to crash. We will have access to these logs if you have chosen to submit them to Apple when you set up your device.
Terms of Service
Rapid List is not intended for storage of critical information. The App does not guarantee 100% or time critical access to data stored in the App. We cannot accept liability for information or financial losses as a result of any failure of the App. By using the App, you agree to not hold us liable for any losses as a result of using the App to store critical information.
Use of the App on a mobile device while driving a vehicle is dangerous and in many locations, illegal. By using the App, you agree to not use the App while driving. Please use caution while using mobile devices and do not put yourself in danger by their use.
Legal Requirements
The owners may disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
